After exploring teaching in college, I took a different path, working in various roles—from campaign worker to executive assistant—before discovering Montessori. The moment I observed a Montessori classroom, everything clicked, and a 20+ year journey in education began.

While my diverse career experiences shaped me as an educator, nothing strengthened my understanding of Montessori more than becoming a mother. Watching my three children thrive in their Montessori education deepened my appreciation for this philosophy and the dedicated teachers who bring it to life.
